Green stir fry with rice

This simple recipe creates a very tasty mix of fresh veggies, soy sauce and lime. Cashew nuts finish it off giving a good deal of bite. Definitely no meat needed.

Style: vegan. Taste: 95/100. Serves 3-4. Inspired by the Soy and Sriracha Stir Fry recipe in Dirty Vegan Another Bite.
