Aren’t mushrooms the best? Super crunchy and tasteful on top of salad and grilled potatoes with onions. All I had to do is chop/mix/spice … and it is fabulously delicious.
The combination of green beans with roasted butternutsqash and potatoes worked well together. Just some choppin’, olive oil, pepper, chilli and 180° for 30+ minutes.
Of course I am! This is my weekly staple at least as long as I am getting fabulous broccoli and while I am out of lasagne sheets. Hm … lasagne ….

Actually this was an accident as I just had to get rid of all my veg.
Layers of potatoes, spinach and onions, kale and onions, all drowned in cashew cheese.
I used half almond milk and half water for the ‘cheese’.
I am not kidding … super yummieness!!!
Making mashed potatoes is so easy.
Peel, cook in salt water then mix and mash with spices, melted margarine and almond milk.
B12 is hidden in the gravy in form of nutrition yeast.
